Soul Survivor began in the small town of Oswego Ny. The Band started as a result of Ameer Habeeb and Jeff Cole and thier desire to make music together.Over the 7 year span the band went through alot of changes at first it was called Burning Bush , then the band name changed as it evolved and Several of the members left. The final lineup was the heart and Soul of Soul Survivor and is what this website is all about , Ameer Habeeb the only original member, Lead Vocalist, Bassist and co founder, Greg Cole Keyboards and Drums, Justin Richardson Guitars . With more than 30 original songs Soul Survivor played the local Churches And fairs. Soul Survivor ended in 1995 after several of the Musicians left for a career change, But the music will be missed, and All that is left now is the memories......
